Description

The fabric is 5.2OZ black chambray where pre-dyed yarns and unwashed, ecru yarns are spun and used to get this unique salt&pepper-ish color.
Along with that, the usage of the synthetic dyestuff is kept minimum for this fabric so that the fades will eventually start very naturally like a authentic vintage piece. Enjoy the wear and the wash!

Some of the characteristics for these shirts are the triple-stitched chain stitching, the asymmetry pockets' shapes, a chin-strap, and the
triangle-shaped hem gusset on the side, all of which details can be often seen in the shirts from 30's.

We named this a cat light shirt. Cat light as in the cat's eyes lighting up the way ahead even in the darkness, because cats are basically nocturnal, as if they were the head lights of a steam locomotive. We've put that kind of jokey image on the woven tag for this shirt, which we hope you like, too.<
